We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we are here to help.

 

30-Day Return Policy

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • - In original packaging with all accessories included
  • - Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items Not Eligible for Return

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
  • - Digital products or downloadable software
  • - Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

 

  1. Email us at support@sorotechusa.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. 2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. 3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

 

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

 

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at support@sorotechusa.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right immediately.
